Terms and Conditions
General Terms of Sale and Booking

1. Purpose

 

These terms govern the booking and sale of services offered by BIOVEDA SXM (massages, wellness treatments, Ayurvedic treatments, holistic therapies) via the website bioveda-sxm.com.
By booking a service, the client unreservedly accepts these terms.

2. Services and Geographic Area
 

Services are offered exclusively in Saint-Martin and are intended for an adult audience, including both locals and tourists.

3. Booking

a) Immediate Booking
 

Some services can be booked and paid for online directly. In this case:

  • A variable deposit (approximately 30% of the total price) is required to confirm the booking.

  • The remaining balance is to be paid on site, via credit card, cash, or bank transfer, according to your choice.

b) Booking Request


For certain services, the client can send a booking request. After validation by BIOVEDA SXM:

  • The client receives a link to pay the deposit online.

  • The remaining balance is payable on site (credit card, cash, or bank transfer).

c) Booking Deadline


Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the session.

4. Payment


Online: Square (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other compatible credit cards).


On site: Credit card, cash, or bank transfer.


Payment of the deposit confirms the booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

a) Rescheduling​​

Clients can reschedule their appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Rescheduling can be done online via the personal account or by contacting BIOVEDA SXM via email or phone.

b) Cancellation

Clients may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the session.
Beyond this period, the deposit may be retained by BIOVEDA SXM.

6. Prices
 

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes.
Prices may be modified at any time, but changes do not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

7. Liability
 

BIOVEDA SXM makes every effort to provide quality services and ensure client safety.
However, BIOVEDA SXM cannot be held responsible for:

  • Damages caused by the client’s failure to follow instructions

  • Events beyond its control (force majeure)

8. Personal Data

Information collected for booking is used in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.
 

It may be shared with:

  • Technical service providers (Wix, Square, SumUp, Google Calendar, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel)

  • Trusted partners involved in providing the service (e.g., yoga instructors, independent massage therapists)

 

Clients have the right to access, modify, delete, and object to their personal data by contacting biovedasxm@gmail.com.

9. Changes to the Terms
 

BIOVEDA SXM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
The terms applicable are those in effect at the time of booking.
